茅洲河流域高密度建成区化粪池系统治理实践

Practice of Septic Tank Renovation in High-density Built-up Area of Maozhou River Basin

摘要 茅洲河流域高密度建成区人口密度大、交通密度大、建筑密集,化粪池存在破损、老化、规模不足及缺乏管养等问题。本工程协同各部门统一行动,对片区内31 447座化粪池进行普查与修复整治。对清掏前、清掏后、整治后三阶段进行核查,实现化粪池信息统计与修复监督,根据高密度建成区环境条件,选择“吸污车”或“一体化粪便处理车”清掏,采用“脱水-压饼-焚烧”方式处理粪渣,对于存在缺陷的化粪池进行修复或翻建,工程完成后交由管养单位统一养护管理。本工程实现了“管理、实施与养护”三阶段的统一开展,并根据高密度建成区的特点制定了相应修复方案,可为后续工程实施提供借鉴。 The high-density built-up area of Maozhou River basin is characterized by high population,traffic and architecture density,which cause some problems to the septic tanks,such as wear-out,aging,inadequate scale and lack of maintenance.This project collaborated different departments for unified management to survey,repair and renovate 31447 septic tanks within the built-up area.The septic tanks were inspected in three stages before,after cleaning,and after renovation,to accomplish information statistics and repair supervision.There were two cleaning approaches,including by suction-type sewer scavenger or by integrated feces treatment facility,depending on environmental conditions of the high-density built-up area.The feces were processed by dehydration,pressing and incineration.The defective septic tanks were repaired or rebuilt.After the completion of the project,the septic tanks were entrusted to the maintenance unit for unified management.The project realized unified management of three stages,including management,implementation,and maintenance.Meanwhile,a renovation plan was formulated in accordance with characteristics of the high-density built-up area,which can provide reference for the implementation of follow-up projects.
