汽轮机增容改造技术研究与应用

摘要 汽轮机是一种重要的发电设备,其功率输出与热负荷直接相关。为了提高汽轮机的发电效率和功率输出能力,汽轮机增容改造技术应运而生。本文介绍了汽轮机增容改造技术的原则,针对汽轮机增容改造可能面临的问题,如转子和叶片承受更大的负荷和热负荷、锅炉蒸汽参数限制、废气处理和余热利用问题等,提出了相应的技术措施解决。通过优化汽轮机的设计和结构、改进汽轮机的热力性能、提高燃料利用率等措施,可以实现汽轮机功率输出的增加。未来,随着汽轮机增容改造技术的不断推广和发展,其在提高能源利用效率、减少环境污染以及降低单位发电成本等方面,具有更广泛的应用前景。 Turbine is an important power generation equipment,and its power output is directly related to the thermal load.In order to improve the power generation efficiency and power output capacity of the turbine,the turbine capacity expansion and transformation technology came into being.This paper introduces the principle of turbine capacity expansion and transformation technology.Aiming at the possible problems of turbine capacity expansion and transformation,such as the rotor and blades enduring greater load and thermal load,boiler steam parameter limitation,waste gas treatment and waste heat utilization,corresponding technical measures are proposed to solve these problems.By optimizing the design and structure of the turbine,improving the thermal performance of the turbine,and improving the fuel utilization rate,the power output of the turbine can be increased.In the future,with the continuous promotion and development of turbine capacity expansion and transformation technology,it has broader application prospects in improving energy utilization efficiency,reducing environmental pollution,and reducing unit power generation costs.
