一种工器具集装箱门禁系统的设计与研究

摘要 为了便于工器具集装箱的管理,结合现有门禁的机械结构及其传动控制种类,设计一种针对工器具集装箱专用的门禁系统装置,通过该装置提高了工器具集装箱管理的便利性。首先基于三维环境对门禁的机械结构进行设计,并对其进行可行性分析;然后设计了门禁的传动以及控制系统,搭配人脸识别模块提高进出便利性,配置电眼防夹传感器提高进出安全性;最后加工制作了该门禁系统,对门禁系统开关速度以及延时关闭时长等参数进行调整,进行防夹、断电等实验,调试完毕投入工程检修中应用,期间展现了较好的稳定性和安全性,且整体占据空间小,实现了工器具集装箱的便利化管理。 In order to facilitate the management of tool containers,combined with the existing mechanical structure of access control and its transmission control types,a special access control system device for tool containers is designed.This device improves the convenience of tool container management.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the access control is designed based on the three-dimensional environment,and its feasibility is analyzed;then,the transmission and control system of the access control is designed,and the face recognition module is used to improve the convenience of entry and exit,and the electric eye anti-pinch sensor is configured to improve the safety of entry and exit;finally,the access control system is processed and manufactured,and the parameters such as the opening and closing speed of the access control system and the delay closing time are adjusted.Anti-pinch and power failure experiments are carried out,and after debugging,it is put into engineering overhaul and application.During this period,it has shown good stability and safety,and the overall space occupied is small,which realizes the convenient management of tool containers.
