Application of Epidemiology in Chronic Skin Disease Management:Taking Psoriasis as an Example

皮肤病慢病管理在维护人群健康、保持社会稳定等方面具有重大意义。当前,皮肤病慢病管理仍面临着一系列紧迫难题,需引起高度重视。本文以银屑病为例,介绍了流行病学在揭示银屑病及其合并症的流行特征、危险因素、治疗评价、预测模型等领域的应用进展,探讨了流行病学应用于银屑病慢病管理的科学价值以及存在的挑战,旨在为改善皮肤病慢病管理提供新思路。

Chronic skin disease management plays a pivotal role in maintaining public health and societal stability.There are several outstanding challenges in chronic skin disease management that require attention.Taking psoriasis as an example,this paper introduces the application progress of epidemiology in characterizing disease distribution,risk factors,treatment evaluation,predictive models,other aspects related to psoriasis and its comorbidities.Besides,this paper highlights the value of epidemiology and discusses the challenges in applying epidemiology to chronic skin disease management,aiming to provide new insights into the future development of chronic skin diseases management.
