Chronic Disease Management of HPV Infection

目前HPV的感染在全球人群中普遍存在,并且HPV感染人体后很难被彻底清除,因此由HPV感染所诱发的多种慢性疾病如病毒疣、宫颈上皮内瘤变、呼吸道乳头状瘤等往往存在着很高的复发率,给患者乃至社会均带来了沉重负担。因此,需要对HPV感染所诱发的慢性疾病进行科学规范的管理,进而降低HPV感染率与疾病复发率、缩短病程,从而有效促进HPV的防治工作。本文就HPV感染的慢病管理的必要性、具体方法及其意义进行综述。

At present,HPV infection is widespread in the global population,and it is difficult to eliminate HPV infection.Many chronic diseases induced by HPV infection,such as viral warts,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,and respiratory papillomas,often have high recurrence rates,which have brought a heavy burden to the patients and the whole society.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct scientific and standardized management of chronic diseases induced by HPV infection,which will reduce the rate of HPV infection and disease recurrence,shorten the duration of the disease,and thus effectively promote the prevention and treatment of HPV infection.This paper summarizes the necessity of chronic disease management of HPV infection,the specific methods,and their significance.
