ICARE理念对县级敬老院养老护理员失能照护能力及职业精神与态度的影响

The Impact of ICARE Concept on the Elderly Care Staffs′Disability Care Ability,Professional Spirit and Attitude in County-level Nursing Homes

目的探讨ICARE理念对县级敬老院养老护理员失能照护能力及职业精神与态度的影响。方法将2023年1—6月绵阳市4家县级敬老院的养老护理员作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法抽取其中两家的40名养老护理员作为观察组,另外两家的40名养老护理员作为对照组。对照组采用常规培训模式,观察组则在对照组基础上以ICARE理念为指引实施养老护理员培训。干预前后,对两组失能照护能力、职业精神与态度进行评价。结果干预前,两组失能照护能力、职业精神与态度比较差异无统计学意义。干预后,两组失能照护能力、职业精神与态度比较差异有统计学意义,观察组优于对照组。结论融入ICARE理念的养老护理员培训能提高养老护理员失能照护能力,转变其职业态度,有利于养老护理队伍整体水平提升。

Objective To explore the impact of the ICARE concept on elderly care staffs′disability care ability,professional spirit and attitude in county-level nursing homes.Methods From January to June 2023,elderly care staffs from four county-level nursing homes in Mianyang City were selected as the research subjects.Convenience sampling was used to select 40 elderly care workers from two of them as the observation group,and 40 elderly care workers from the other two nursing homes as the control group.The control group adopted a conventional training mode,while the observation group implemented training for elderly care staffs based on the ICARE concept in the control group.Evaluate the disability care ability,professional spirit,and attitude of the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in disability care ability,professional spirit,and attitude between the two groups.After intervention,there was a statistically significant difference in disability care ability,professional spirit,and attitude between the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion Integrating the ICARE concept into the training of elderly care staffs can improve their ability to care for disabled individuals,transform their professional attitudes,and contribute to the overall level improvement of the elderly care team.
