健康中国战略下医务人员健康素养胜任力现状及影响因素研究

Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of Health Literacy Competency among Medical Staff under the Healthy China Strategy

目的探讨健康中国战略下医务人员健康素养胜任力现状及影响因素。方法2023年3—6月,采用健康素养胜任力量表对便利选取的428名医务人员进行调查。结果医务人员健康素养胜任力量表总分为(134.16±22.75)分,文化程度、工作年限、职称、执业类别、自评健康状况是其健康胜任力的主要影响因素。结论医务人员健康素养胜任力处于中等偏上水平,有待进一步提高。管理者应根据医务人员的特点,采取相应的干预措施,提升其健康素养胜任力,以更好地传播健康知识。

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of health literacy competency among medical staff under the Healthy China Strategy.Methods From March to June 2023,a survey was conducted on 428 conveniently selected medical staff with the Health Literacy Competency Scale.Results The total score of the Health Literacy Competency Scale for medical staff is(134.16±22.75),with education level,work experience,professional title,practice category,and self-evaluation of health status being the main influencing factors of their health competency.Conclusion The health literacy competency of medical staff is at a moderate to high level and needs further improvement.Managers should take corresponding intervention measures based on the characteristics of medical staff to enhance their health literacy and competency,so to disseminate health knowledge better.
