引入墨菲定律的医院感染安全管理实践研究

Research on the Practice of Hospital Infection Safety Management by Introducing Murphy′s Rule

目的探讨引入墨菲定律的医院感染安全管理实践效果,为临床提供参考。方法以兰州市肺科医院的5个科室为研究对象,2021年4—9月实施常规医院感染防控措施,2022年4—9月实施引入墨菲定律的医院感染防控措施,采用《兰州市肺科医院公共卫生事件操作标准》《医院质量管理检查评分标准》和自制问卷进行考核。结果干预前后5个科室物体表面、消毒剂、空气培养、生物监测和核酸采样合格率比较差异有统计学意义;组织制度建设、环境管理、标准预防、消毒隔离、医疗废物处理项目评分比较差异有统计学意义;感染防控理论考试及操作考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论引入墨菲定律的医院感染安全管理,可以提高医院标准预防、消毒隔离、医疗废物处理、感染防控知识和技术操作考核评分,增强管理者安全管理能力,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the practical effect of introducing Murphy′s Rule in hospital infection safety management,and provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Five departments of Pulmonary Hospital of Lanzhou were selected as the research subjects.Routine hospital infection prevention and control measures were implemented from April to September 2021,and hospital infection prevention and control measures incorporating Murphy′s Rule were implemented from April to September 2022.The evaluation was conducted with the Pulmonary Hospital of Lanzhou Public Health Event Operation Standards,Hospital Quality Management Inspection Scoring Standards,and self-made questionnaires.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the qualified rates of object surfaces,disinfectants,air culture,biological monitoring,and nucleic acid sampling among the five departments before and after intervention.There is a statistically significant difference in the scores of organizational system construction,environmental management,standard prevention,disinfection and isolation medical waste treatment projects.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the infection prevention and control theory exam and the operational assessment(all P<0.05).Conclusion The introduction of Murphy′s Rule in hospital infection safety management can improve the assessment scores of hospital standard prevention,disinfection and isolation,medical waste treatment,infection prevention and control knowledge and technical operations,enhance the safety management ability of managers,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
