造纸纤维/聚乙烯醇-硼砂复合泡沫保温隔热性能研究

Study on the Thermal Insulation Performance of Papermaking Fibers/Polyvinyl Alcohol-borax Composite Foam

摘要 以造纸纤维和聚乙烯醇为主要原料,借助聚乙烯醇与硼砂之间的动态共价交联作用,制备得到造纸纤维/聚乙烯醇-硼砂复合泡沫,探究了该泡沫的保温隔热性能。结果表明,室温下其导热系数为0.021 W/(m·K),表现出优异的保温隔热性能,具有替代传统石油基泡沫产品的潜力。 Papermaking fibers/polyvinyl alcohol-borax composite foam was constructed using papermaking fibers and polyvinyl alcohol as the main raw materials,and the thermal insulation performance of the foam was investigated with the help of dynamic covalent cross-linking between polyvinyl alcohol and borax.The result showed that the thermal conductivity was 0.021 W/(m·K)at room temperature,which exhibited excellent thermal insulation performance and had the potential to replace traditional petroleum-based foam.
