摘要
介绍了海外制浆造纸EPC项目前期的策划和准备,项目中期过程管理及仪表安全管理,项目后期的调试和试运行管理,并对海外制浆造纸项目安装和调试期间的问题进行总结,为以后类似项目提供参考和借鉴。
Through the planning and preparation of the early stage of overseas pulp and paper EPC projects,the precise process management and instrument safety management of the mid-term projects,as well as the commissioning and trial operation management of the later stage of the projects,the successful operation of overseas projects is ensured.In addition,the summary of the problems during the installation and commissioning of overseas pulp and paper projects provides reference for similar projects in the future.
