摘要
【目的】针对目前烟草行业现有涂布率快速检测在具体的检测仪器、检测方法、检测条件、精密度及准确度等方面不统一的问题,以及已有经典烘箱法检测存在时效低、滞后性等问题。【方法】在经典烘箱法测定涂布率的基础上,采用平板干燥法分别探索了烘干温度、烘干时间、烘干片数对涂布率的影响,同时对该快速测定方法的精密度、重现性、准确性进行了验证。【结果】最终优化并确定出平板干燥法快速测定再造烟叶涂布率的最佳检测条件为:干燥温度为120℃、烘干时间3min、烘干片数为6片;重复性实验相对标准偏差(RSD)均<2.00%,中间精密度RSD<2.00%;相同样品在不同实验室间测定的涂布率结果的RSD<2.00%;测定样品的涂布率与设计样本的涂布率之间差异较小。【结论】平板干燥法可作为生产企业在线监控快速测定涂布率的方法,对调整生产过程参数及提高成品质量稳定性具有十分重要的意义。
【Objective】In view of the inconsistency in the specific testing instruments,testing methods,testing conditions,precision,accuracy and other aspects of the existing rapid detection of coating rate in the tobacco industry,and the problems of low timeliness and hysteresis in the existing classical oven method detection.【Method】On the basis of the classical oven method to measure the coating rate,the plate drying method was used to explore the effects of drying temperature,drying time and the number of drying sheets on the coating rate,at the same time,the precision,reproducibility and accuracy of the rapid determination method were verified.【Result】Finally,the optimal detection conditions for the rapid determination of the coating rate of reconstituted tobacco leaves by the plate drying method were optimized and determined as follows:the drying temperature is 120°C,the drying time is 3 minutes,and the number of drying sheets is 6;The relative standard deviation of the repeatability experiment is less than 2.00%,and the RSD of the intermediate precision is less than 2.00%;the RSD of the coating rate results of the same sample measured between different laboratories is less than 2.00%;Small difference between the coverage of the measured samples and the coverage of the design samples【Conclusion】Plate drying method can be used as a method for online monitoring and rapid determination of coating rate by production enterprises,which is of great significance for adjusting production process parameters and improving the quality stability of finished products.
