摘要
汽轮机伺服系统主要包括伺服阀、LVDT和伺服卡,作用是将DEH控制系统通过伺服卡输出的电信号转换成液压信号,控制油动机行程,油动机带动LVDT铁芯移动,将阀门位置信号传输给伺服卡,从而达到控制调门开度的目的。而一旦某个伺服模块故障,其对应的调门将不能正常响应DEH控制系统的输出指令,从而引起调速系统工作不正常。伺服系统故障现象比较常见,轻则引起调节系统摆动,重则造成停机或机组不能正常启动。
The turbine servo system primarily consists of servo valves,LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer),and servo cards.Its role is to convert electrical signals output by the DEH(Digital Electro-Hydraulic)control system through servo cards into hydraulic signals,controlling the movement of the hydraulic actuator.The actuator moves the LVDT core,transmitting the valve position signal to the servo card,thereby achieving control over the governor valve opening.However,when a servo module malfunctions,the corresponding governor valve cannot respond properly to the output commands from the DEH control system,leading to abnormal operation of the speed control system.Faults in the servo system are common,causing issues ranging from oscillations in the control system to severe consequences like shutdowns or the inability to start the unit.
