食品安全问题日益受到人们的重视,食品检验检测是对其监管的重要一环。大型仪器对食品检验检测机构实力的快速提升具有重要影响,也是服务社会的重要基础。随着大型仪器数量的增加,仪器管理和维护问题逐渐增多。为此,本文通过分析基层食品检验检测机构中大型仪器管理和维护存在的主要问题并提出相应的对策,以期提高食品检验检测机构大型仪器的利用效率和管理水平,使大型仪器能够为当地食品安全监管提供更有力的支持。

Food safety has been paid more and more attention,and food inspection and testing is an important part of its supervision.Large-scale instruments have an important impact on the rapid improvement of the strength of food inspection and testing institutions,and are also an important basis for serving society.With the increase in the number of large-scale instruments,the problems of instrument management and maintenance are gradually increasing.Therefore,this paper analyzes the main problems of management and maintenance of large-scale instruments existing in grassroots food inspection and testing institutions and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the utilization efficiency and management level of large-scale instruments in food inspection and testing institutions,so that large-scale instruments can provide more powerful support for local food safety supervision.
