摘要 随着全球食品供应链的复杂性增加,食品安全面临的挑战也日益严峻,这就要求食品行业不断适应新的风险评估方法和技术,以保障公众健康。本文阐述了食品安全风险分析的主要内容,同时探讨了优化风险分析流程、融合信息化技术、构建风险评估机制以及加强数据分析等策略,旨在为食品安全管理提供参考,进而保障消费者的健康与食品的安全性。 With the increasing complexity of the global food supply chain,the challenges faced by food safety are becoming increasingly severe,which requires the food industry to continuously adapt to new risk assessment methods and technologies to ensure public health.This article elaborates on the main content of food safety risk analysis,and explores strategies such as optimizing the risk analysis process,integrating information technology,constructing a risk assessment mechanism,and strengthening data analysis.The aim is to provide reference for food safety management,thereby ensuring consumer health and food safety.
