长跑运动可以提高呼吸系统和心血管系统机能,可以改善心肌的供氧状态,提高心脏的工作能力。长跑运动员在训练和比赛中需要大量的能量,对营养膳食的要求较高。本文探讨了长跑运动员机体的供能特点以及长跑运动员训练和比赛中所需要的营养物质,分析了长跑运动员营养膳食不合理的原因并提出合理的建议,以保证长跑运动员具有良好训练状态和比赛能力。
