摘要
健美操运动是在音乐的伴奏下,以身体练习为基本手段,以有氧运动为基础,达到增进健康、塑造形体目的的一项体育运动。在进行健美操运动时,人体内的营养物质被分解、消耗,因此必须及时补充。本文结合健美操运动的特点,依据运动员在训练及比赛中的能量消耗情况,提出科学合理的膳食营养补充建议。通过合理化膳食,可以更好地提高健美操运动员的竞技水平和运动能力,同时有助于预防运动损伤。在健美操训练中,运动员及其教练团队应根据个体差异和具体情况制订个性化的膳食计划,最大限度地发挥营养的作用。
Aerobics is a sport that is performed to the accompaniment of music,with physical exercises as the basic means and aerobic exercise as the basis,to achieve the purpose of promoting health and shaping the body.During aerobics,the nutrients in the human body are decomposed and consumed,so they must be supplemented in time.This paper combines the characteristics of aerobics,based on the athlete’s energy consumption in training and competition,and puts forward scientific and reasonable dietary nutritional supplementation recommendations.By rationalizing the diet,it can better improve the athletic level and athletic ability of aerobics athletes,and also help to prevent sports injuries.In aerobics training,athletes and their coaching teams should develop personalized dietary plans based on individual differences and specific conditions to maximize the role of nutrition.
