响应面法优化沙棘叶多酚超声波辅助提取工艺研究

Optimization of Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction Process for Polyphenols in Sea-Buckthorn Leaves by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 本研究以料液比、乙醇浓度、超声波功率、超声波时间为研究因素,在进行单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面试验设计方法,探讨了超声波辅助沙棘叶多酚提取的最优工艺条件。研究发现,获得最高沙棘叶多酚得率的提取工艺条件为料液比1∶7.5、乙醇浓度75%、超声波功率492 W、超声波时间70 min。在此工艺条件下,沙棘叶多酚实际得率为19.55%。 This research tasked solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasound power and ultrasound time as research factors.On the basis of conducting single factor experiments,response surface methodology was used to explore the optimal process conditions for ultrasound assisted extraction of polyphenols from sea-buckthorn leaves.Research had found that the extraction process parameters for obtaining the highest yield of sea-buckthorn leaf polyphenols were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶7.5,ethanol concentration of 75%,ultrasonic power of 492 W,and ultrasonic time of 70 minutes.Under these process conditions,the actual yield of sea-buckthorn leaf polyphenols was 19.55%.
