Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Agricultural Product Quality Testing and Safety Control

当前农产品质量检测与安全控制面临诸多挑战,包括检测技术与方法不完善、检测体系与监管机制不健全、农产品生产过程存在安全隐患等问题。为了保障农产品质量安全,本文从加强检测技术与方法的创新、完善检测体系与监管机制、加强农产品生产过程中的安全控制等多个方面提出了具体的策略,以期有效提升农产品质量检测水平,确保农产品质量安全,促进农业可持续发展。

The current quality testing and safety control of agricultural products face many challenges,including incomplete testing technology and methods,incomplete testing systems and regulatory mechanisms,and safety hazards in the production process of agricultural products.In order to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,this article proposes specific strategies from multiple aspects such as strengthening innovation in testing technology and methods,improving testing systems and regulatory mechanisms,and enhancing safety control in the production process of agricultural products.It is hoped that these strategies can effectively improve the level of agricultural product quality testing,ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,and promote sustainable development of agriculture.
