The quality management of food physical and chemical testing laboratories is crucial for ensuring food safety and quality.This article aims to explore the quality management system of food physical and chemical testing laboratories,including internal process management,equipment management,personnel training and management,and quality control system.By optimizing the internal processes of the laboratory,managing and maintaining equipment reasonably,strengthening personnel training and management,and establishing a sound quality control system,the accuracy and reliability of testing results are improved to ensure food safety.
