摘要
运动是促进身体健康的有效方式,运动疲劳的产生往往让人感到困扰,人们可以通过膳食补充的方式进行运动疲劳的恢复。本文分析了运动疲劳的产生原因,并探讨了膳食对促进大众体育运动疲劳后的恢复效果,提出相关人员应在注重物理放松与恢复的同时合理安排饮食,共同促进运动疲劳的恢复。
Exercise is an effective way to promote physical health,and the generation of exercise fatigue often makes people feel troubled.People can recover from exercise fatigue through dietary supplementation.This article analyzes the causes of exercise fatigue and explores the effect of diet on promoting recovery after fatigue in mass sports.It is suggested that relevant personnel should pay attention to physical relaxation and recovery while arranging diet reasonably to jointly promote the recovery of exercise fatigue.
