我国白酒质量安全现状及检验质量管理问题及优化对策

摘要 白酒作为一种蒸馏酒饮品,是我国特有的一类酒类产品。白酒在我国长期发展中,已经形成品类丰富多样、工艺精湛独到、口感层次丰富、特色鲜明的酒类产品。目前,随着科技的飞速发展,市场环境日益成熟稳定,白酒行业如何进一步优化产品物理化学性质,提高卫生安全水平,加强行业监管及自我约束,引领全行业迈向更健康、有序的发展轨道,成为亟待业界深入探讨、研究的重大课题。本文基于我国白酒质量安全现状,分析了我国白酒质量安全检验质量管理问题,并提出相应的优化对策,以供参考。 Baijiu,as a distilled liquor beverage,is a kind of liquor product unique to China.In the long-term development of Baijiu in China,liquor products with rich and diverse categories,exquisite craftsmanship,rich taste levels and distinctive characteristics have been formed.Now,with the rapid development of science and technology,and the increasingly mature and stable market environment,how to further optimize the physical and chemical properties of products,improve the level of health and safety,strengthen industry supervision and self-discipline,and lead the whole industry to a healthier and orderly development track has become a major issue that needs indepth discussion and research in the industry.Based on the current situation of Baijiu quality safety in China,this paper analyzes the quality management problems of Baijiu quality safety inspection in China,and puts forward corresponding optimization countermeasures for reference.
