摘要 高效液相色谱法是一种准确、灵敏、可靠的水质砷检测方法,具有广阔的应用前景。本文探讨了高效液相色谱法在水质砷检测中的应用,介绍了高效液相色谱法的基本原理和操作流程,讨论了高效液相色谱法在水质砷检测中的具体应用,包括样品前处理技术、色谱条件优化策略、检测参数的确定与验证以及实际水样中砷的测定过程,以期为业内检测人员提供理论参考。 High performance liquid chromatography is an accurate,sensitive,and reliable method for detecting arsenic in water quality,with broad application prospects.This article explores the application of high-performance liquid chromatography in the detection of arsenic in water quality,introduces the basic principle and operating process of high-performance liquid chromatography,discusses the specific application of high-performance liquid chromatography in the detection of arsenic in water quality,including sample pretreatment technology,chromatographic condition optimization strategy,determination and verification of detection parameters,as well as the actual determination process of arsenic in water samples,in order to provide theoretical reference for industry inspectors.
