十堰市引种栽培油橄榄果实油脂品质分析

摘要 为指导十堰市油橄榄栽植和加工利用,以该市6个油橄榄主栽品种为对象,并利用主成分分析法,分析研究和评价了当地引进主栽的油橄榄品种表型性状和果实油脂品质,结果为‘鄂植8号’‘皮削利’两个品种综合得分较高;十堰市油橄榄鲜果油酸含量与甘肃武都、四川青川水平相当,十堰市可划定为油橄榄栽植次适生区;油橄榄鲜果重与果核重、果肉率、果纵横径、果核纵横径极显著正相关,果肉率与果形指数存在极显著负相关,油橄榄鲜果油脂含量、脂肪酸组成与果实性状相关性较小,在品种选育过程中应当将果肉率等性状纳入选优因子。 The fruit phenotypic traits of 6 olive varieties in Shiyan city were analyzed.The results showed that Ezhi-8 and Picholine varieties had higher scores.The oleic acid content of fresh olive fruit in Shiyan City is comparable to that in Wudu,Gansu Province and Qingchuan,Sichuan Province,and Shiyan City can be designated as a secondary suitable area for olive planting.The weight of fresh olive fruit is significantly positively correlated with the weight of the stone,the flesh rate,the length and width of the fruit,and the length and width of the stone.The flesh rate is significantly negatively correlated with the fruit shape index.The oleic acid content and fatty acid composition of fresh olive fruit are less correlated with fruit traits.In the process of variety selection,traits such as flesh rate should be included as selection factors.
