云南省陆良县自然保护地整合优化探析

Analysis on the Integration and Optimizationof Nature Reserves in Luliang County of Yunnan Province

针对云南省陆良县自然保护地保护管理过程中存在的矛盾冲突和历史遗留问题,于2020年开始,利用资料调查、现场调查与评估、保护空缺分析、整合优化等方法与步骤,应用GIS软件进行叠加分析、处理,对陆良县自然保护地进行整合优化。整合优化后,陆良县自然保护地由4个减少至2个,保护地总面积由13181.83 hm^(2)增加到14944.29 hm^(2),保护地面积占全县国土总面积的比例由6.63%上升为7.51%;有效解决了陆良县自然保护地矛盾冲突和历史遗留问题;加强了自然保护地重要生态系统的保护,提高了自然保护地的管理效能,对加快完善陆良县自然保护地体系建设具有重要指导意义。

In response to the existing conflicts and historical issues in the process of protecting and managing protected natural areas in Luliang County,Yunnan Province,starting in 2020,a series of methods and steps were applied,including data investigation,field investigation and assessment,gap analysis,and integration optimization based on GIS application.After the integration and optimization,the number of protected natural areas in Luliang County decreased from 4 to 2,the total area of protected land increased from 13181.83 hm^(2)to 14944.29 hm^(2),and the proportion of protected area to the total land area of the county increased from 6.63%to 7.51%,which effectively solved the conflicts and historical issues of protected natural area in Luliang County,strengthened the protection of important ecosystems in protected natural area,and improved the management efficiency.It is of important guiding significance for accelerating the improvement of the nature reserve system in Luliang County.
