燃煤电厂机组低温省煤器选型方案研究

摘要 低温省煤器作为燃煤机组烟气余热利用系统的关键换热设备,属于提高机组热力系统效率的关键环节之一。但是目前行业低温省煤器普遍存在积灰堵塞影响换热效率、磨损腐蚀影响安全运行的现场,甚至对其前后的空气预热器、除尘器等都带来负面影响。文中通过对几种低温省煤器型式、特点等进行分析讨论,提出燃煤机组烟气余热利用系统的一种低温省煤器的选型方案。 As a key heat exchange equipment in the flue gas waste heat utilization system of coal-fired units,the low-temperature economizer is one of the key links to improve the efficiency of the units thermal system.However,at present,the industry's low-temperature economizers generally have problems such as ash accumulation and blockage affecting heat transfer efficiency,and wear and corrosion affecting safe operation,which even have a negative impact on the air preheater and dust collector before and after it.This paper analyzes and discusses several types and characteristics of low-temperature economizers,and proposes a selection scheme for a low-temperature economizer for the flue gas waste heat utilization system of coal-fired units.
