摘要
锅炉SCR脱硝技术中尿素替代液氨技术是一种新型的SCR脱硝技术,通过将尿素溶液作为还原剂,代替传统的液氨,实现烟气中氮氧化物的高效还原。为此文中设计并实施了一套安全可靠的尿素替代液氨技术改造方案。通过改造SCR脱硝系统的供应和喷射装置,实现了尿素溶液的替代使用。实验结果表明,尿素替代液氨技术具有安全性高、成本低、改造简单等优势,同时降低氮氧化物排放方面具有良好的效果。
The urea-replaces-liquid-ammonia technology in the boiler SCR denitration techno-logy is a new type of SCR denitration technology,which uses urea solution as a reducing agent to replace traditional liquid ammonia to achieve efficient reduction of nitrogen oxides in flue gas.To this end,this paper designs and implements a safe and reliable urea-replaces-liquid-ammonia technology transformation scheme.Through the transformation of the supply and injection devices of the SCR denitration system,the alternative use of urea solution is realized.The experimental results show that the urea-replaces-liquid-ammonia technology has the advantages of high safety,low cost,and simple transformation,and at the same time has a good effect in reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.
