大型电站锅炉无炉水循环泵系统冷态启动过程探究

摘要 超临界直流电站锅炉启动,是一个复杂且不稳定的过程。启动过程,随着燃料量的增加及启动的延续,锅炉各部件膨胀及燃烧工况也不断发生变化。针对不同的锅炉启动系统、点火方式也有着不同的操作要求,文中针对典型无炉水循环泵启动系统、等离子点火的超临界大容量锅炉,冷态启动全过程进行分析,探究锅炉启动的各个过程,从而指导运行人员有序组织机组启动各项工作,提高运行人员驾驭大型机组启动的能力,从而确保机组准时并网。 The start-up of a supercritical direct current power station boiler is a complex and unstable process.During the start-up process,as the fuel amount increases and the start-up continues,the expansion of various components of the boiler and the combustion conditions also change constantly.Different operation requirements are also required for different boiler start-up systems and ignition methods.This paper analyzes the whole process of cold start-up of a typical supercritical large-capacity boiler without furnace water circulation pump system and plasma ignition,and explores the various processes of boiler start-up,so as to guide the operators to organize the start-up work of the unit in an orderly manner,improve the ability of the operators to master the start-up of large units,and ensure the timely grid connection of the unit.
