摘要
随着3060“双碳政策”的不断推进和落实,清洁能源将逐步增加比重和份量,“水、风、光”电能陆续成为主流。由于近年来风力发电的不断发展壮大,陆上风力发电机组的装机容量越来越大,机组关键部件叶片的规格也随着增大。近年来的D90型叶片,长度达到88 m,为确保公路运输能顺利到达山地的机位,叶片专用运输扬举车被设计制造出来,从第一代到第九代,叶片扬举车随着叶片的规格变大而更新换代,运输能力不断增强;工装车的最基础和最本质的,是工装车的配重加载和举升环节的关键部位强度,近几年因为配重加载不合理、举升关键部位强度不足造成的重特大安全事故屡有发生,因此,文中将逐一分析第九代工装车的实际情况,以此避免安全事故的发生。
With the continuous advancement and implementation of the 3060"Dual Carbon"policy,the proportion and significance of clean energy will gradually increase,with"hydro,wind,and solar"power becoming mainstream.Due to the continuous growth and development of wind power in recent years,the installed capacity of onshore wind turbines has increased,and the specifications of key components such as blades have also grown larger.In recent years,the D90-type blades have reached a length of 88 m.To ensure smooth transportation to mountainous sites,special lifting vehicles for blade transportation have been designed and manufactured.From the first generation to the ninth generation,these lifting vehicles have been continuously upgraded as blade specifications have increased,enhancing their transportation capacity.The fundamental and essential aspect of the lifting vehicle is the weight loading and the critical strength of key components during the lifting process.In recent years,serious safety accidents have occurred due to unreasonable weight loading and insufficient strength in critical lifting components.Therefore,this paper will analyze the actual situation of the ninth-generation lifting vehicle to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.
