摘要
为增强我军军事职业吸引力,以在职军队人员为主要研究对象,从价值维度构建军事职业吸引力指标体系并设计调查问卷,应用探索性因子分析法对问卷题项和评价指标进行修正,确定正式问卷由29个题项、5个因子构成.最后,运用五因子模型进行调查分析,并提出相应对策建议.
In order to enhance the attractiveness of military career in the PLA,an index system of military career attractiveness is constructed from the value dimension and the questionnaire is designed with in-service military personnel as the main research object.And then exploratory factor analysis is used to modify the questionnaire items and evaluation indicators,and the formal version of the questionnaire is determined consisting of 29 items and 5 factors.Finally,the 5-factor model is used for investigation and analysis,with the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions put forward.
