摘要
燕麦β-葡聚糖是主要存在于燕麦胚乳和糊粉层细胞壁中的非淀粉多糖,同时也是一种可溶性膳食纤维,是燕麦中的重要活性成分。本文对燕麦β-葡聚糖在减肥、调节血糖和血脂水平、改善心血管疾病、抗肿瘤以及调节免疫功能方面发挥作用的路径及分子机制进行综述,以期为疾病的预防与治疗提供参考,为功能食品的开发和应用提供参考。
Oatβ-glucan is one of non-starch polysaccharides mainly found in the cell wall of oat endosperm and dextrin layer,and it is also a soluble dietary fiber,which is an important active component in oats.In this paper,the pathways and molecular mechanisms of oatβ-glucan in weight loss,regulation of blood glucose and lipid levels,improvement of cardiovascular diseases,anti-tumor and regulation of immune function were reviewed to provide references for disease prevention and treatment,as well as provide reference for the development and application of functional foods.
