摘要
目的 了解西部高校护生参加“慕课西行”同步课堂的学习体验。方法 采用描述性现象学研究方法,对15名护理本科生进行半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果 根据访谈资料归纳出5个主题6个子主题,分别为:感恩慕课西行计划;激发丰富情感体验;营造活跃课堂氛围;促进护生个人成长(开阔专业视野;提高综合能力;增加职业认同);同步课堂现存问题(网络设备欠佳;互动形式单一;点评褒贬不一)。结论 同步课堂的认可度高,激发丰富情感体验,教学效果显著,有助于促进护理本科生个人成长。
Objective To investigate the learning experience of nursing students in western universities attending synchronous classes of MOOC Westbound Program.Methods A descriptive phenomenological method was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews among 15 nursing students,and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi’s seven-step analysis.Results According to the interview data,5 themes and 6 sub-themes were summarized,including extending thanks for MOOC Westbound Program;stimulating rich emotional experiences;creating active classroom atmosphere;promoting personal growth(broadening professional horizons;enhancing comprehensive capabilities,and increasing professional identity),and problems existing in synchronous classes(poor network equipment;single form of interaction,and positive and negative reviews).Conclusion The synchronous classes enjoy a high recognition and stimulate rich emotional experience.They achieve remarkable teaching effect,which is helpful to promote the personal growth of nursing students.
