系统论视域下的高职产教融合应然特征、实然困境与深化路径

摘要 产教融合是促进高等职业教育体系建设的重要战略举措,也是高职院校高质量发展的关键路径。深化产教融合在于构建多元化的办学体制,完善需求导向的人才培养模式,实现教育与产业的统筹深化融合。从系统论视角将产教融合看作整体组织,深化产教融合内外部支持体系亟待完善、实施主体能动性亟待提高、企业参与动力亟待加强,以此探究产教融合深化的突破路径,从而有助于高职院校构建和完善产教融合的政策支持体系和保障机制,引领各相关主体加强自身建设,进一步深化高职院校产教融合,提高技术技能人才培养质量。 The integration of industry and education is an important strategic measure to promote the construction of the higher vocational education system and a key path for high-quality development of vocational colleges.Deepening the integration of industry and education requires the establishment of a diversified educational system,the improvement of demand-oriented talent development models,and the comprehensive integration of education and industry.This article views the integration of industry and education as a holistic organization from a system theory perspective and explores breakthrough paths for its deepening by addressing the urgent need for improvement in internal and external support systems,enhancing the agency of implementation entities,and strengthening the participation motivation of enterprises.These paths will help vocational colleges establish and improve policy support systems and guarantee mechanisms for the integration of industry and education,guide relevant entities to enhance their own development,further deepen the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,and improve the quality of technical and skilled talent development.
