头部血压连续检测算法研究与系统设计

摘要 血压参数是医学中疾病诊断和治疗的理论基础,在病理分析上具有十分重要的意义。而头部的血压变化不仅反映了头部血液供给是否充足,还体现着中枢神经系统的运行正常与否,因此对于头部血压的实时检测十分必要。针对头部血压测量困难的问题,该文提出一种基于光电容积脉搏波信号的可穿戴头部血压检测装置的设计方法。通过光环境传感器获取额头处的脉搏波信号。采用数字滤波器滤除额头处脉搏波信号的高频噪声、小波滤波法去除基线漂移、差分阈值法提取脉搏波波形特征,最终逐步回归拟合得出血压的计算模型。该系统采用可穿戴设计,经测试比较,与血压测量金标准的水银血压计听诊法测量血压具有较好的一致性。 Blood pressure parameters are the theoretical basis of disease diagnosis and treatment in medicine,and are of great significance in pathological analysis.The change of head blood pressure not only reflects whether the head blood supply is sufficient,but also reflects whether the central nervous system operates normally.Therefore,it is necessary to monitor the head blood pressure in real time.Aiming at the difficulty of head blood pressure measurement,this paper presents a design method of wearable head blood pressure monitoring device based on optical capacitance pulse wave signal.The pulse wave signal at the forehead is obtained through the light environment sensor.The digital filter is used to filter out the high-frequency noise of the pulse wave signal at the forehead,the wavelet filter method is used to remove the baseline drift,and the differential threshold method is used to extract the characteristics of the pulse wave waveform.Finally,the calculation model of blood pressure is obtained by stepwise regression fitting.The system adopts wearable design,and has good consistency with the auscultation method of mercury sphygmomanometer,which is the gold standard for blood pressure measurement.
