人工智能让教育更美好——2024世界数字教育大会人工智能与数字伦理平行会议综述

摘要 人工智能技术在教育领域的应用,对教育教学范式产生了深刻的影响,为教育发展带来了更多的可能性。与此同时,一系列伦理风险问题也随之产生,引起业界的广泛关注。1月31日,2024世界数字教育大会“人工智能与数字伦理”平行会议在上海召开,会议以“人工智能让教育更美好”为主题,与会人员从不同角度展开交流探讨,分享各国有关人工智能教育应用的政策与经验,达成人工智能赋能教育发展的重要共识,提出以下倡议:一是落实人工智能教育应用政策,充分发挥人工智能价值。二是创新人工智能教育应用方式,促进数字教育质量与公平。三是协同推进人工智能与教育研究范式,推动知识生产模式转型。四是共同支撑智能时代师生素养提升,以更好应对新形势下人才培养与社会发展的新需求。五是践行人工智能教育应用伦理规范,推动建构科学治理体系。六是加强人工智能与教育国际合作,保障可信人工智能教育应用。 The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education has profoundly impacted the paradigm of education and teaching,bringing more possibilities for the development of education.At the same time,a series of ethical risk issues have also emerged,attracting widespread attention in the industry.On January 31st,the“Artificial Intelligence and Digital Ethics”parallel session of the 2024 World Digital Education Conference was held in Shanghai.Under the theme“Artificial Intelligence Makes Education Better,”participants from various perspectives engaged in exchanges and discussions,sharing policies and experiences related to the application of artificial intelligence in education from different countries.The session reached a significant consensus on empowering educational development with artificial intelligence and proposed the following initiatives:1)Implement policies for the application of artificial intelligence in education to fully harness the value of artificial intelligence.2)Innovate the ways artificial intelligence is applied in education to promote the quality and equity of digital education.3)Collaboratively advance the research paradigms of artificial intelligence and education to foster the transformation of knowledge production modes.4)Jointly support the enhancement of literacy for teachers and students in the intelligent era to better meet the new demands of talent cultivation and social development under new circumstances.5)Practice ethical norms for the application of artificial intelligence in education and promote the construction of a scientific governance system.6)Strengthen international cooperation between artificial intelligence and education to ensure trustworthy applications of artificial intelligence in education.
