摘要 教育数字化是开辟教育发展新赛道和塑造教育发展新优势的重要突破口。2024世界数字教育大会“教育数字化与学习型社会建设”平行会议聚焦教育数字化和学习型社会建设两大发展潮流,围绕数字化赋能学习型城市建设、继续教育与职业教育数字化转型、智慧助老加快老年教育发展、全民终身学习、学习型社会建设等内容展开讨论。通过分享国内外在教育数字化与学习型社会建设方面的最新政策、战略与实践,推动了国内外经验交流与互鉴;介绍了人工智能、大数据、虚拟现实等新兴技术在学习型社会建设领域的应用探索,提出构建数字化时代数字教育共同体的新倡议和加强在该领域的人才培养国际合作。会上还面向世界首发《数字化进程中的中国学习型社会建设报告》,通过对中国已有实践成果的系统总结和对未来人类教育发展趋势的展望,为全球教育数字化和学习型社会建设提供了经验借鉴与发展启示。 Digital education is a crucial breakthrough for pioneering new avenues in educational development and shaping new advantages.The parallel conference on“Digital Education Construction of a Learning Society”at the 2024 World Digital Education Conference focused on the two major development trends of digital education and the construction of a learning society.Discussions revolved around topics such as digital empowerment in building learning cities,digital transformation in continuing and vocational education,accelerating the development of elderly education with smart technologies,and the construction of a learning society with universal lifelong learning.By sharing the latest policies,strategies,and practices in digitalization and the construction of a learning society from both domestic and international perspectives,the conference facilitated an exchange of experiences and mutual learning.It introduced the exploration of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence,big data,and virtual reality in the field of learning society construction and proposed new initiatives for building a digital education community in the digital age and strengthening international cooperation in talent training in this field.The conference also saw the global launch of the Education Digitalization and Learning Society Construction in China which systematically summarized China’s practical achievements and forecasted future trends in human educational development,offering experiences and insights for the global advancement of digital education and the construction of learning societies.
