摘要
以十八烷(n-OD)为芯材、二氧化硅(SiO_(2))为壁材,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备二氧化硅相变微胶囊(SiO_(2)MEPCMs)。通过各种反应参数的调控,获得最佳的SiO_(2)MEPCMs,最佳反应参数为硅酸四乙酯加入量10 mL、V水∶V乙醇为2∶1、乳化速度12000 r/min,搅拌速度300 r/min,并且发现氨水(NH_(3)·H_(2)O)的滴加速率会明显改变SiO_(2)MEPCM的形貌。
In this paper,silicon dioxide MEPCMs(SiO_(2)MEPCMs)was prepared by sol-gel method with n-octadecane(n-OD)as core material and silicon dioxide(SiO_(2))as wall material.The optimal SiO_(2)MEPCMs was obtained by adjusting various reaction parameters.The optimal reaction parameters were as follows:the dosage of tetraethyl silicate was 10 mL,the volume ratio of water to ethanol was 2∶1,the emulsifying speed was 12000 r/min,and the stirring speed was 300 r/min.Moreover,we found that the droplet acceleration rate of NH_(3)·H_(2)O significantly changed the morphology of SiO_(2)MEPCMs.
