摘要
由国家质量监督检验检疫总局和环境保护部联合颁发的《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31570—2015)对炼油企业罐区无组织排放的有机废气做出限制后,各炼油企业罐区设置了各种不同的油气回收系统来提高排放废气的标准。本文阐述了氮封的原理以及氮封在储罐应用中的效果,介绍了二油品罐区油气回收系统工艺原理及工艺流程,分析了油气回收系统在实际运行中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,以供同行研究人员参考。
After the"Emission Standards for Pollutants in the Petroleum Refining Industry"(GB 31570-2015)jointly issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Environmental Protection imposed restrictions on the unorganized emission of organic waste gases in the tank farms of refining enterprises,various oil and gas recovery systems were installed in the tank farms of refining enterprises to improve the emission standards of waste gases.The paper elaborated on the principle of nitrogen sealing and its effect in the application of storage tanks.It introduced the process principle and process flow of the oil and gas recovery system in the second oil tank farm,analyzed the problems existing in the actual operation of the oil and gas recovery system,and proposed corresponding solutions for peer researchers to refer.
