高校校园建筑装配式施工关键技术

Key Technology for Prefabricated Construction of University Campus Buildings

摘要 华南理工大学广州国际校区二期工程G5教师公寓及A4学生宿舍楼为装配式建筑,装配率>60%,属于国标A级装配式建筑。对该工程施工关键技术进行详细分析,包括预制竖向结构柱和外墙板深化设计、预制叠合楼板不出筋深化设计、新型外挂架施工技术、新型工具式短肢悬挑架施工技术、装配式施工BIM综合应用技术和产业化智慧建造与信息化综合管理技术。通过采用相关技术,使该工程节省材料,减少一次性投入,实现材料使用效率及工人工作效率的双提高,提高项目管理与施工水平。 The G5 teacher apartment and A4 student dormitory of the second phase of Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology is an assembled building with an assembly rate of more than 60%,which belongs to the national standard A-grade assembled building.This paper analyzed in detail for each technical point of construction,including deepening design of prefabricated vertical structural columns and external wall panels,deepening design of prefabricated stacked floor slabs without reinforcement,new external hanging frame construction technology,new tool-type overhanging frame construction technology,comprehensive application technology of BIM for construction,and industrial intelligent construction and informationization comprehensive management technology.It can achieve the reduction of material resources,and achieve the effect of saving material resources,reducing one-time investment,realizing the improvement of material use efficiency and workers work efficiency,promoting the overall development of project management,and comprehensively improving the overall building construction level.
