基于硬件在环的有限转角力矩电机控制系统仿真平台开发

摘要 针对有限转角力矩电机的控制系统进行了仿真平台的开发,通过对电机简化的物理模型建模和控制器设计,搭建了有限转角力矩电机的Simulink模型,并采用双闭环反馈PID控制器进行控制。对硬件在环仿真系统的结构和配置进行了详细介绍,包括实时仿真上位机、仿真机箱、处理器板卡和电机控制板卡。设计并开展了基于硬件在环的有限转角力矩电机控制实验。实验结果表明,该控制系统具有良好的稳态和动态响应特性。 A simulation platform for the control system of a limited angle torque motor was developed.By simplifying the physical model of the motor and designing the controller,a Simulink model of the limited angle torque motor was constructed,and a dual closed-loop feedback PID controller was used for control.A detailed introduction was given to the structure and configuration of the hardware in the loop simulation system,including real-time simulation of the upper computer,simulation chassis,processor board,and motor control board.A hardware in the loop based limited angle torque motor control experiment was designed and conducted.The experimental results indicate that the control system has good steady-state and dynamic response characteristics.
