关节镜手术与开放手术治疗腘窝囊肿的效果对比研究

A Comparative Study of the Effects of Arthroscopic Surgery Versus Open Surgery in the Treatment of Popliteal Cysts

讨论对比了开放手术与关节镜手术治疗腘窝囊肿的临床疗效。以2018年3月—2022年3月在习水县人民医院治疗的60例腘窝囊肿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组使用关节镜手术治疗腘窝囊肿,对照组使用开放手术治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、切口长度、手术操作时间以及住院时间、住院费用、膝关节功能Lysholm评分、疼痛以及肿胀评分、并发症发生率、囊肿复发率,恢复0到Ⅰ级好转率等指标。研究发现,在腘窝囊肿患者中使用关节镜手术治疗,能提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间,降低并发症发生率,同时处理膝关节内合并损伤,促进膝关节功能恢复,具有重要的临床价值。

The clinical efficacy of popliteal cysts treated with open surgery versus arthroscopic surgery was discussed.A total of 60 patients with popliteal cysts treated in Xishui County People's Hospital from March 2018 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group was treated with arthroscopic surgery for popliteal cysts,and the control group was treated with open surgery.The treatment effect,incision length,operation time,hospital stay,hospitalization cost,knee function,Lysholm score,pain and swelling score,complication rate,cyst recurrence rate,and recovery rate from 0 to grade I were compared between the two groups(P<0.05).It has been found that arthroscopic surgery in patients with popliteal cyst can improve the treatment effect,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the incidence of complications,and at the same time deal with the combined injuries in the knee joint and promote the recovery of knee joint function,which has important clinical value.
