参芪地黄汤加减联合胰岛素治疗消渴病气阴两虚兼痰瘀证临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Combined with Insulin in the Treatment of Diabetes with Qi and Yin Deficiency and Phlegm Stasis Syndrome

讨论参芪地黄汤加减联合胰岛素治疗消渴病气阴两虚兼痰瘀证临床疗效。将2022年4月—2023年4月织金县中医医院收治的80例消渴病气阴两虚兼痰瘀证患者作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组,每组各40例。参照组实施胰岛素治疗,试验组实施参芪地黄汤加减联合胰岛素治疗,评估各组治疗效果。治疗前,各组血糖指标、症状积分、临床相关指标、炎症因子水平、生活质量评分等无显著区别(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组生活质量评分高于参照组,其余指标均比参照组低,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。研究发现,消渴病气阴两虚兼痰瘀证临床治疗中,应用参芪地黄汤加减联合胰岛素方案,有助于稳定患者血糖指标,改善其胰岛功能,加快其症状缓解时间。

Discuss the clinical efficacy of modified Shenqi Dihuang Tang combined with insulin in the treatment of diabetes with Qi Yin deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome.Eighty patients with Qiyin deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome of diabetes admitted to Zhijin Hospital of TCM from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received insulin treatment,while the experimental group received modified Shenqi Dihuang Tang combined with insulin treatment.Evaluate the therapeutic effects of each group.Before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in blood glucose indicators,symptom scores,clinical related indicators,inflammatory factor levels,and quality of life scores among the groups.After treatment,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and all other indicators were lower than those of the reference group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Research has found that in the clinical treatment of Qiyin deficiency combined with phlegm stasis syndrome in Xiaoke disease,the use of modified Shenqi Dihuang Tang combined with insulin regimen can help stabilize patient blood glucose indicators,improve pancreatic function,and accelerate the time for symptom relief.
