预见性护理在ICU气管插管非计划拔管中的应用探究

Application of Predictive Nursing in Unplanned Extubation of Tracheal Intubation in ICU

探讨预见性护理在ICU气管插管非计划拔管中的应用及效果。将河北省人民医院2020年5月—2021年5月入住ICU的120例气管插管患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组采用预见性护理的方法对气管插管患者进行护理,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察两组患者气管插管的非计划拔管率、平均住院时间及患者满意度情况。结果显示,观察组气管插管非计划拔管发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的平均住院时间为(9.93±3.05)d,显著短于对照组的(11.62±3.35)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组患者的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,预见性护理可降低气管插管非计划拔管的发生率,缩短患者平均住院时间,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床推广应用。

Exploring the application and effectiveness of predictive nursing in unplanned extubation of tracheal intubation in ICU.120 patients with tracheal intubation admitted to the ICU at Hebei General Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group used predictive nursing to care for patients with tracheal intubation,while the control group used routine nursing methods to observe the unplanned extubation rate,average length of hospital stay,and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients with tracheal intubation.The results showed that the incidence of unplanned extubation of tracheal intubation in the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than the control group’s 13.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average hospitalization time of the observation group patients was(9.93±3.05)days,significantly shorter than that of the control group(11.62±3.35)days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group patients was 93.33%,significantly higher than that of the control group patients(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that predictive care can reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation of tracheal intubation,shorten the average ho spita l stay of patients,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
