语言及肢体康复护理干预对脑梗死患者的临床影响研究

The Clinical Impact of Language and Limb Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Patients with Cerebral Infarction

讨论语言及肢体康复护理干预对脑梗死患者的临床影响。选取2022年5月—2023年5月接受治疗的80例脑梗死患者为研究对象,将患者分为实验组和对照组。实验组实施语言及肢体康复护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果。结果显示,实验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者语言功能评分高于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者护理质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对脑梗死患者实施语言及肢体康复护理干预,可提高护理质量和患者生活质量,改善患者肢体功能和语言功能,提高治疗效果,缓解患者焦虑情绪,具有重要的临床价值。

This paper discussed the clinical impact of language and limb rehabilitation nursing interventions on patients with cerebral infarction.80 patients with cerebral infarction who received treatment from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group received language and limb rehabilitation nursing interventions,while the control group received routine nursing interventions.The nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The Fugl Meyer score and Barthel index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The language function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing quality score of the experimental group patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the experimental group patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing language and limb rehabilitation nursing interventions for patients with cerebral infarction can improve the quality of care and patient quality of life,improve patient limb and language function,enhance treatment effectiveness,alleviate patient anxiety,and have important clinical value.
