The Impact of Self-efficacy Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Knee Replacement Patients

分析自我效能干预对膝关节置换患者康复的影响。随机抽取2020年7月—2021年7月收治的200例膝关节置换患者为研究对象,将患者分成两组,每组各100例,分别为比照组(实施常规护理),试验组(在比照组基础上进行自我效能干预),比较干预前后两组患者SER评分、HSS评分,SF-36评分。研究发现,膝关节置换术患者开展自我效能干预,有利于膝关节功能恢复,对于生活质量的改善效果理想,可增强患者康复自我效能感。

Analyze the impact of self-efficacy intervention on the rehabilitation of knee replacement patients.Randomly select 200 knee replacement patients admitted from July 2020 to July 2021 as the research subjects,divide the patients into two groups,each with 100 cases,namely the control group(receiving routine care)and the experimental group(receiving self-efficacy intervention on the basis of the control group),and compare the SER score,HSS score,and SF-36 score of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Research has found that self-efficacy intervention for patients undergoing knee replacement surgery is beneficial for the recovery of knee joint function and has an ideal effect on improving quality of life,which can enhance the patient’s sense of rehabilitation self-efficacy.
