精细化护理模式应用于下肢骨折患者护理的效果研究

Research on the Effect of Applying Refined Nursing Model in the Nursing of Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

研究精细化护理模式应用于下肢骨折患者护理的效果。选取2020年7月—2021年11月于医院接受治疗的134例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,采用简单随机化分组方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各67例。对照组患者实施常规护理模式,而观察组患者实施精细化护理模式。比较两组患者的疼痛情况、不良心理状态、睡眠质量和并发症发生率。研究发现,对下肢骨折患者实施精细化护理模式的护理效果较好,可以降低患者的疼痛程度,提高患者的睡眠质量,改善患者不良心理状态,还可以降低并发症发生率,值得社会推广与应用。

This paper studied the effect of applying refined nursing model in the care of patients with lower limb fractures.134 patients with lower limb fractures who received treatment in hospitals from July 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a simple randomization method,with 67 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received refined nursing care.Compare the pain situation,adverse psychological state,sleep quality,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.Research has found that implementing a refined nursing model for patients with lower limb fractures has a better nursing effect,which can reduce their pain level,improve their sleep quality,improve their negative psychological state,and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worth promoting and applying in society.
