摘要
探讨重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)合并自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(autoimmune thyroid disease,AITD)的临床特点。选取2020年1月—2021年7月贵州中医药大学第二附属医院神经内科门诊收治的190例MG患者为研究对象,分析患者年龄、性别、合并有AITD(甲亢、甲减)中抗AchR、中医辨证、疲劳试验、合并其他免疫性疾病分布情况。
Explore the clinical characteristics of myasthenia gravis(MG)combined with autoimmune thyroid disease(AITD).190 MG patients admitted to the Neurology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects.The age,gender,anti AchR,TCM syndrome differentiation,fatigue test,and distribution of other immune diseases in patients with AITD(hyperthyroidism,hypothyroidism)were analyzed.
