对大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗患儿增加口腔护理的效果研究

Study on the Nursing Effect of Increasing Oral Care on Oral Ulcers after High-dose Methotrexate Chemotherapy

分析增加口腔护理对大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗后口腔溃疡的护理效果。选取2022年5月1日—2023年3月28日贵州省人民医院儿科收治的76例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均接受大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗,用随机数字表法将患儿平均分为对照组38例,行常规护理,观察组38例,增加口腔护理,比较两组患儿情绪状态、生活质量、干预效果、口腔黏膜分级情况和自护能力。研究发现,大剂量甲氨蝶呤化疗后为患儿增加口腔护理,能有效预防口腔溃疡,减轻患儿病情严重程度,改善患儿心理状态,提升患儿进食量和生活质量,缩短愈合时间,具有推广价值。

This paper analyzed the nursing effect of increasing oral care on oral ulcers after high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy.76 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia admitted to the Pediatric Department of Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital from May 1,2022 to March 28,2023 were selected as the research subjects.All children received high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy.The children were randomly divided into a control group of 38 cases using a random number table method,receiving routine care and an observation group of 38 cases,with additional oral care.The emotional status,quality of life,and intervention effects of the two groups of children were compared Oral mucosal grading and self-care ability.Research has found that increasing oral care for pediatric patients after high-dose methotrexate chemotherapy can effectively prevent oral ulcers,reduce the severity of the patient’s condition,improve their psychological state,enhance their food intake and quality of life,shorten the healing time,and have promotional value.
