摘要
探讨对危重症患者采取床旁超声联合集束化营养护理的临床效果。选取2022年5月—2023年5月烟台市烟台山医院ICU收治的80例危重症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(n=40,常规护理)与研究组(n=40,床旁超声联合集束化营养护理),对比两组患者营养指标、体态指标、并发症发生率、心理症状评分(SCL-90)、急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHEⅡ)、生活质量评分(GQOLI-74)。研究发现,对危重症患者采取床旁超声联合集束化营养护理能够优化患者机体营养水平,降低并发症发生率,改善患者的心理状态,缓解患者临床症状并提高其生活质量。
Exploring the clinical effects of bedside ultrasound combined with bundled nutrition care for critically ill patients.80 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of Yantai Mountain Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=40,routine care)and a study group(n=40,bedside ultrasound combined with bundled nutrition care)using a random number table method.The nutritional indicators,physical indicators,incidence of complications,psychological symptom score(SCL-90),acute physiological and chronic health score(APACHE II)of the two groups were compared Quality of Life Score(GQOLI-74).Research has found that bedside ultrasound combined with bundle nutrition care can optimize the nutritional level of critically ill patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve their psychological state,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve their quality of life.
