颅脑损伤行标准外伤大骨瓣开颅手术治疗的效果研究

A Study on the Effect of Standard Traumatic Large Bone Flap Craniotomy Treatment for Craniocerebral Injury

分析颅脑损伤行标准外伤大骨瓣开颅手术治疗的效果。选取贵州省毕节市金沙县人民医院2021年5月—2023年3月收治的66例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,将患者分为常规组(n=33)和研究组(n=33),对常规组患者实施常规骨瓣开路手术治疗,对研究组患者实施标准外伤大骨瓣开颅手术治疗,对两组患者颅内压、治疗有效率、并发症发生率、昏迷程度、神经功能缺损情况进行观察。结果显示,术后1天、术后3天、术后7天研究组患者颅内压要明显优于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者GCS评分、NIHSS评分均优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对颅脑损伤患者行标准外伤大骨瓣开颅手术治疗可以有效降低患者颅内压,改善患者昏迷程度和神经功能,提升临床治疗总有效率,患者术后并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广和应用。

This paper analyzed the effectiveness of standard traumatic large boneflap craniotomy surgery for traumatic brain inju-ry.66 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to Jinsha People’s Hospital in Bijie City,Guizhou Province from May 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a conventional group(n=33)and a study group(n=33).The conventional group received conventional open boneflap surgery,while the study group received standard large trau-ma craniotomy surgery.The intracranial pressure,treatment effectiveness,incidence of complications,and degree of coma of the two groups of patients were evaluated Observation of neurological deficits.The results showed that the intracranial pressure in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after surgery(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complica-tions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The GCS score and NIHSS score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that standard trauma craniotomy with large boneflaps can effectively reduce intracranial pressure,improve coma and neurological function,and enhance overall clinical treatment effi-ciency in patients with traumatic brain injury.The incidence of postoperative complications in patients is relatively low,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
