Characteristics of Pathological Changes, Related Risk Factors and Nursing Plan of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Patients with Cerebral Infarction

分析老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的病变特点、相关危险因素,并对护理干预方案进行分析。选取2021年4月—2023年4月滨州医学院附属医院收治的98例老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者作为观察组,同时选取同期收治的98例单纯2型糖尿病患者作为对照组。分析两组患者的一般资料以及血糖、血脂、胰岛素等指标。结果显示,2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者主要表现为头晕头痛、呕吐、轻微语言、感觉及肢体功能障碍等症状,大部分患者均为单侧病变,且多为大片性、多灶性、腔隙性类型,病灶位置多位于基底节区;观察组患者吸烟、高血压病史比例明显高于对照组,且患者FBG、HbA1c、TG、LDL-C、TC、空腹胰岛素水平均较对照组更高,HDL-C水平较对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析,以上因素均是2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。研究发现,吸烟、高血压病史、高血糖、血脂紊乱、高胰岛素均是2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的危险因素,需要针对患者的病变特征,结合相关危险因素,给予针对性护理干预。

To analyze the pathological characteristics and related risk factors of senile type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral in-farction,and to analyze the nursing intervention program.From April 2021 to April 2023,98 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with cerebral infarction admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 98 patients with simple type 2 diabetes admitted at the same time were selected as the control group.Analyze the general informa-tion of two groups of patients,as well as indicators such as blood sugar,blood lipids,and insulin.The results showed that the main symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction were dizziness,headache,vomiting,mild language,sensory and limb dysfunction,and most of the patients were unilateral lesions,and most of them were large,multifocal,and lacunar types,and most of the lesions were located in the basal ganglia;The proportion of smoking and hypertension history in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the levels of FBG,HbA1c,TG,LDL-C,TC,and fasting insulin in the patients were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that the above factors were independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The study found that smoking,hypertension history,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia,and hyperinsulin are all risk factors for type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction.Targeted nursing intervention should be given accord-ing to the pathological characteristics of patients and related risk factors.
